Andrea True, nasceu em Nashville, Tennessee, em 1943. Primeiro tentou entrar para o cinema e não deu certo, acabou virando estrela pornô na década de sessenta trabalhando com nome diferente.Em 1976 lançou "More More More" que torna um clássico da música disco. Um ano mais tarde, o único "N.Y. You got me dancing", que também fez sucesso.Em seguida, após ter lançado um álbum chamado Punk Rock "True Confessions ", que foi um fracasso.
